No advertising or analytics cookies, no tracking of any kind. When you play a video, the embedded YouTube player (in its privacy-enhanced mode) is subject to Google's own policy.
- Security records. Sign-in events with the address and network address, kept to protect accounts. Tokens and links are never recorded in them.
How we use it and who sees it
- We use YouTube data only to produce the placement reports Brando shows. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or transfer it to anyone else.
- A channel's YouTube Analytics is shown only to the people its owner allows when connecting it: By connecting, you allow Videomite, the partner this channel belongs to, and the sponsors of the campaigns your videos carry placements for, to see this channel's YouTube Analytics in Brando.
- Everyone else sees only the reports Videomite has given them access to.
- Brando's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
- Public YouTube information is refreshed at least every 30 days; public counts read without the channel owner's permission are kept no longer than 30 days.
- YouTube Analytics data is kept while the channel's owner keeps Brando connected. We confirm the connection at least every 30 days.
- When a channel is disconnected in Brando, its analytics are deleted at once; when access is withdrawn in the Google account, we find out at the latest at the next confirmation and delete them then, within 30 days.
- Data of a video YouTube no longer serves is deleted.
Your choices
- Withdraw a channel's access at any time: in Brando, by disconnecting the channel; or in your Google account's security settings at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
